_*Crown Staffing is Now Hiring a full-time Production Manager for a logistics company located in Elmhurst,IL! *_Monday - Friday - 7am - 3:30pm - $19-$24/hr* Overtime possible and mandatory_*Production Manager Requirements*_* Must have excellent written and oral communication skills* Must be fluent in Spanish and English.* Previous Supervisor or Management experience within a warehouse setting is needed_*About the Production Manager Role*_As a _*Production Manager*_, your responsibilities will include:* In charge of all facility production.* Conducts weekly meetings with direct reports to review weekly performances.* Works closely with the material handler to provide schedule of daily production and inventory requirements needed at specific production locations* Supervise, manage and assign Team Leaders to ensure that all work is being done correctly.* Responsible for printing all daily sales orders pick tickets for all customers.* Responsible for prioritizing daily rush orders to ensure the orders get processed and shipped based on customer requirements.* Responsible for closing all daily shipped sales orders from WMS.* Other duties as assigned or needed._*About Crown Staffing*_Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies so they can build rewarding careers and strong organizations together.
