this Role:The Pricing Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in
shaping and executing pricing strategies across Farmer's Fridge's
rapidly expanding 1500+ (and growing!) locations. Reporting to the
General Manager, this role is responsible for driving revenue
growth and maximizing margins by developing and implementing
effective pricing strategies across diverse markets, products, and
customer segments. You will leverage customer behavior data, lead
A/B testing, and continuously refine pricing models to ensure
strategic pricing decisions. The ideal candidate is a
problem-solver with a passion for diving into large datasets and
using analytical insights to create actionable strategies and
recommendations.What You'll Do:
- Develop and lead pricing strategies for diverse product and
Fridge segments, including targeted strategies such as bundle
offers, dynamic pricing, and subscription models.
- Create and maintain pricing models to assess customer price
sensitivity and build pricing structures that maximize customer
lifetime value.
- Oversee the design and execution of A/B tests to drive informed
pricing and product decisions.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to implement predictive
analytics and machine learning models that optimize pricing and
product strategies.
- Collaborate with Menu R&D and Marketing to align pricing
strategies with product roles and ensure that menu architecture
supports broader business objectives.
- Leverage customer behavior analysis and competitive
intelligence to build pricing strategies, maintain market
competitiveness, and uncover revenue optimization
opportunities.
- Evaluate how pricing is presented to customers at the digital
Fridge point of sale and within the app to ensure pricing
strategies drive desired customer behavior. Use data-driven
insights to develop and implement bundle offers and upselling
strategies.Who You Are---
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Math,
Finance, or a related field with 5+ years of professional
experience, including 2+ years in pricing or business
analytics.
- Experience in price elasticity and dynamic pricing within the
e-commerce space or related consumer industry.
- Experience working with large data sets and associated
analytics tools/techniques (SQL, Python, R, Excel).
- Strong communicator capable of translating complex data into
actionable insights for cross-functional teams and
