Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales to
lead and motivate sales teams in selling enterprise software
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build, develop, coach, and manage a high-performance sales team
focused on new customer acquisition
Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while
providing accurate forecasting and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales
strategies and achieve sales targets
Required Qualifications
5+ years of successful experience managing sales teams selling
enterprise software or SaaS solutions
Working knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis and/or
Accounting standards
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and
managing complex sales cycles
Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver accurate sales
forecasts
