Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Data and Analytics to
provide insights into claims data and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze claims data to identify performance variances and trends
impacting financial results
Develop reporting tools and automated solutions to improve
operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate analytical findings
and recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant technical field (math,
finance, actuarial science, or analytics preferred)
5-7+ years of related analytical and property & casualty industry
experience
Expert knowledge of Excel and intermediate knowledge of SQL
Experience in developing key performance indicators for new
initiatives
Ability to manage and mentor analysts as needed
