Our client has recently engaged us to help find a General Manager for their facility near Racine, WI. This role involves overseeing all plant operations and enhancing employee engagement. The perfect candidate will focus on refining production processes, spearheading continuous improvement efforts, nurturing positive employee relations, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. This crucial role will play a significant part in shaping the organization's future success and growth.Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations with a result-driven framework focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to meet and exceed expectations and business goals.
• Empower teams with a managerial style that is collaborative, inclusive, and balanced in an approach to achieving commitments.
• Identify, share, and leverage best practices across the business.
• Plan and direct the manufacturing operations at the lowest cost consistent with established operating metrics/goals.
• Provide leadership and employee development through selection/talent acquisition, performance management, training/development, coaching/mentoring, and motivation of management, supervisory, and hourly personnel in alignment with the business goals and objectives.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated successes within a metric-driven environment.
  • Previous experience leading manufacturing operations.Total Compensation:
    • $180,000 - $220,000.Additional Information:
