Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Account
Management to lead the Account Management team and drive customer
retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to execute growth and
retention strategies
Develop and implement strategies for maximizing customer retention
and expanding account presence
Guide the team in building relationships with executive-level
decision-makers and overseeing contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of leadership experience in account management or
customer success within the software or SaaS industry
Proven track record of driving customer retention and account
growth
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term customer
engagement strategies
Strong understanding of the social listening and consumer insights
space
Experience with contract negotiations and upsell opportunities
