Bi lingual (Arab) Director Human Resources IntlConfidential OpportunityOur client is a world-class health system which is expanding overseas. They have retained our firm to help them locate a Director to lead their human resources function.Director Human Resources Responsibilities:

• Plans, directs and carries out policies relating to all phases of personnel activity. Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation programs to foster positive attitudes toward company goals.
• Keeps records of insurance coverage, pension plans, and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Conducts wage surveys within relevant labor markets to determine competitive wage rates.
• Reports to CEO and serves as a member of the facility's Executive Team.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's Preferred).
