Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager -
Blockchain / Web3.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire QA function and team, including QA Testers and
automation engineers
Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and maintain
automated testing frameworks
Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the
software development lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with 3+ years in a
managerial role
Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Proficiency in creating and managing automated test scripts using
automation tools
Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the
role of QA within it
