Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Transformation Officer to lead
initiatives that drive innovation and growth in the education
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead efforts to incubate new services and business lines while
driving organizational change
Establish long-term impact metrics and assess the effectiveness of
transformation plans
Build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the
organization externally
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or related field
Seven to ten years of proven leadership experience in a similar
role
Experience leading large innovative initiatives and managing change
at scale
Experience in business development and funder cultivation
Prior experience leading teams in a fully remote setting is
preferred
