A company is looking for a Director of Business Product Management - Human Capital Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the strategic vision and delivery of product roadmaps for Human Capital Solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of AI-powered products
Engage in customer research to gather feedback and refine product offerings based on market demands

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of product development and management experience, with 3+ years in AI-driven products
5+ years of consulting or strategic planning experience
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics principles
Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on products in a fast-paced environment
