Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud Operations Manager to lead and
enhance their fraud prevention and investigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of analysts to protect assets and reduce
losses
Monitor team metrics and prepare reporting on fraud prevention and
investigation
Coordinate with various departments to identify and mitigate
fraudulent activities
Required Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in
fintech
4-6 years of team leadership experience in fraud
prevention/detection/investigation
Strong understanding of various fraud types and related
tools/methods
Experience with vendor/BPO management
Relevant financial crime certifications (CFCS, ABA, etc.)
preferred
