A company is looking for a Product Manager - Service Design
(Employee Experience).
Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate discovery sessions to gather client
requirements
Map and analyze digital ecosystems related to employee
experience
Develop recommendations for process improvements and future state
workflows
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Product Manager or Senior Business
Analyst role
Workfront Professional Certification preferred
Expertise in Healthcare strongly preferred
Deep understanding of Marketing & Sales processes in mid-size and
large enterprises
Experience with process mapping and service design
