Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of GTM Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Create a comprehensive enablement curriculum and lead training sessions
Establish internal communication frameworks and manage certification programs
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and maintain an up-to-date enablement calendar

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in technical enablement, ideally in Solutions or Sales Engineering
Experience building enablement programs from scratch, including curriculum design
Background in a company with a highly technical product aimed at developers
Proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams like marketing and product
Based in North America with flexibility for global communication
