Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager
responsible for executing strategic enablement programs for the
Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging learning opportunities using Articulate
360 apps
Facilitate training sessions and lead GTM initiatives to enhance
product adoption and retention
Maintain and improve the onboarding program and provide coaching on
revenue skills
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in revenue (5+ years in customer
success/sales) and learning and development (3+ years)
Understanding of revenue and SaaS metrics
Experience with Articulate 360 tools, particularly Storyline 360,
preferred
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training
programs
Ability to manage multiple large projects and deadlines
successfully
