  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction;
  • collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient and customer experience;
  • achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits;
  • perform management functions that include direct supervision of Managers and frontline staff including employee development;
  • manage cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;
