Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Growth Manager to lead
and expand its enterprise business segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize the enterprise sales funnel to improve account
acquisition and retention
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead sourcing
and nurturing strategies
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and
provide insights on sales performance
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in sales development, growth, or business
development in the SaaS or tech industry
Proven experience in managing and optimizing sales funnels with
measurable results
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and challenges in
large organizations
Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools
Experience in lead generation or account-based marketing in a SaaS
environment is preferred
