Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic VP of Creative and Content to join
our Global Marketing department.In this role, you will be
collaborating closely with the broader global and regional brand,
marketing, loyalty, and digital teams, where you'll be instrumental

develop personally and professionally.The RoleThe VP of Creative
and Content is responsible for developing and executing the
creative strategy, branding, and execution of brand and marketing
initiatives across Hyatt's diverse portfolio of brands. This role
will lead a multidisciplinary creative team of 30+ individuals
including designers, copywriters, production, and operations,
collaborating closely with global brands, marketing, digital
product design, and digital operations teams to ensure all creative
output is consistent with the brand's vision and business
objectives. This leader will drive innovation in design and deliver
world-class content that aligns with Hyatt's commitment to
providing authentic and memorable hospitality experiences.
- Lead concept, development, and execution of global or regional
integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness,
engagement, and revenue growth across Hyatt's portfolio of brands
and World of Hyatt.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing and
communication materials globally and in the region, including
advertising campaigns, digital content, in-room collateral,
signage, and other branded assets.
- Oversee the planning, prioritization, and management of
multiple creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment
with strategic objectives.
- Implement efficient workflows and processes to streamline
creative development, reviews, and production.
- Develop and manage the creative services budget, optimizing
resources to maximize impact and ROI.
- Oversee the production of high-quality creative materials,
including photography, videography, print collateral, and digital
content, from concept to completion.
- Manage and support relationships with external agencies,
vendors, and freelance talent to supplement in-house capabilities
as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
within the creative team.
- Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core
values.QualificationsExperience Required:---10+ years of experience
in a creative leadership role, preferably in an in-house agency or
creative advertising agency.Experience Preferred:---Bachelor's
degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related
