A company is looking for an Engagement Manager for Client
Integration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client satisfaction and project success for Document
Management Systems and Drafting Solutions
Plan and coordinate implementation projects, including stakeholder
engagements and project initiation
Create project reports and track performance to meet timelines and
manage risks
Required Qualifications
Technology or legal background
Familiarity with Generative AI and Microsoft products, including
Document Management Systems like iManage and NetDocuments
Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional
team
Strong time management skills to handle conflicting deadlines
Experience in managing client relationships and project
coordination
