Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Program Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and oversee the onboarding process for new clients
Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support during the onboarding phase
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in the Hospitality/Lodging/Restaurant/Senior Living space
3 years of experience in supply chain or purchasing
Financial acumen and demonstrated results in client relationship management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
