Job Description:
A company is looking for a Due Diligence Manager to oversee and
manage due diligence activities globally.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and ensure compliance with global due diligence
practices
Maintain pipeline reports and manage due diligence project
requests
Develop and manage due diligence standards, policies, and
procedures
Required Qualifications
4-year college degree in Business, Project Management,
Communications, or related field
Strong project management aptitude
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and Salesforce
applications is preferred
