Job Title: Staff Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Internal Medicine Job Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Night Shift - 3x12 hours, 7 PM - 7 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations License: Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact Certifications: American Heart Association BLS certification Must-Have: - Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Highly desired) - Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing Job Description: - Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment - Demonstrates competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population - Adheres to the Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice - Floats as needed within the hospital - Works 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend, with no set schedule - Utilizes clinical competence to enhance patient care and management specific to the area of employment Schedule Notes: - Floats as needed within the hospital - 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend commitment - No set schedule Languages: - English: Speak, Read, Write
