- Schedule: part-time, Wed-Fri (8am - 4:30pm), 12 shifts a
month
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- License: An active Illinois license or IMLC
- EMR: EPIC
- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other details: Shifts will be from 8a-4:30p Wed- Fri. Visit
types would be New patients: 30-45 minutes and return visits: 30.
Depending on visit types, the provider would see 16 patients per
day. Procedures required- Joint injections, joint aspiration 2 APN
s and 1 MD on site. Certification required: ACLS, BLS
