Job Description:
Coverage Needed
- November 18, 2024 - ongoing
- 13 weeks (with option to extend) Schedule
- 2 Weeks per Month
- Monday-Friday: 9a-5p in clinic
- expect it to be 30 hours in clinic and 10 hours in OR
- Call schedule is 1:3 for weekends and 1-2 times per week night
call Clinical Details
- Patients per day: 20-25
- Patient population/age: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics,
Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
- Hospital bed size: 210
- Hospital Based Clinic Requirements
- Required Skills: Bread and butter ENT; ear, larynx,
nasal/sinus, throat, peds (ear tubes, tonsillectomy, etc.)
procedures
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology or Board Eligible with 5
years of training
- Active IL License - Highly Preferred
- will consider IMLC
- willing to license
- DEA, CSR
- Will take new graduates but cannot consider those with a recent
gap in work history due to required procedure logs for the last 24
months Support Staff
- MA, nursing, audiologists EMR
