outlines the primary responsibilities of a CNA Team Lead. This
description is not meant to be an exhaustive list of
responsibilities, as the exact duties to be performed for each
assignment may vary.Objective: -Oversees, trains and monitors new
caregiver development and engagement. Provides caregiver and client
support services to assist new caregivers and new clients as well
as maintaining ongoing relationships between caregivers and clients
in the field. Provides staffing support to ensure client services
are delivered on time and are appropriate for the client's
needs.Reports to: -Director of CarePrimary Responsibilities
(including, but not limited to): - Conducts new hire support visits
to train and assist new team members on assignments - Provides
coaching for in-home skills, attitudes and customer service -
Covers open shifts as needed during working hours or when on call -
Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned -
Reports any significant client changes in condition to the office
immediately - Occasionally works out of the home office to support
internal staff members - Works with the Director of Care to
complete "pop up" visits on a 60-day rotation for all caregivers to
ensure cares are being completed in a satisfactory manner that
meets Senior Helpers brand expectations - Makes recommendations to
the client care plan as needed - Mentors caregivers in the field to
ensure they feel supported, motivated and engaged with other team
members and clients - Completes meet and greets with caregivers and
families on the first day of new service. - Trains and assists team
members how to correctly perform caregiver tasks, problem solving,
and relationship building in a positive and encouraging manner -
Teaches caregivers how to properly document client care -
Participates in new hire orientation - Communicates scheduling
needs with Scheduling Coordinator and provides support -

observations and areas of concern with the Director of Care -
Builds positive relationship with care team members - Maintains
appropriate time sheets and mileage logs - Properly completes and
submits RSS visit form for pop-up visits and meet and greets.Other
Requirements - Documents activities in the Care Plan Binder daily
(if applicable) - Records daily hours worked and daily services
performed on the Weekly Time Sheet and Service Logs. Service logs
should be revied with client and submitted to Director of Care
every Monday by 5:00 pm. - Follows all policies and procedures as
outlined in the Senior Helpers Employee Handbook and Training
Manual. - Other duties as assigned by Director of Care and/or
Executive Director.Qualifications - Previous caregiving experience
required. CNA certification preferred - Must have exceptional
organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to
prioritize work schedule - Open availability Monday-Friday 6:00am
-6:00pm and every other weekend - Ability to treat clients with
dignity and respect - Ability to read, write, and speak English at
an average adult level - Ability to drive or use public
transportation to get to work and/or client's residence - Valid
driver's license and insurance with no serious driving violations
in past 5 years - Pass a criminal background check prior to
employment with Senior HelpersI understand that this is a general,
