ProfessionalWisconsin Community Services (WCS) Specialized Services
Program - CCSWe are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus in the amount
of $7,500 for this Mental Health Professional career
opportunity!This bonus will be paid in 3 separate checks in the
following manner.$1,500 of the sign-on bonus after 30 days of
employment.$1,500 of the sign-on bonus after 90 days of
employment.$4,500 of the sign-on bonus after 6 months of
employment.The signing bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll
taxes will be withheld.Position Summary: This position is
responsible for clinical oversight of a team of CCS Care
Coordinators and Ancillary Providers. Working under the Wraparound
and Youth CCS systems of care, which includes a unique set of
values that emphasizes individualized, strength-based,
trauma-informed, family-driven, community-based, and culturally
sensitive care.Essential Functions: Provide clinical supervision
and management to CCS staff. This includes individual, group and
side by side supervision in accordance with DHS 36. Assist staff in
identifying services from the CCS service array appropriate to
address barriers to recovery. Monitor and approve staff
documentation to ensure good clinical practice and maximize
billing. This includes but is not limited to Provider Notes, CCS
Assessment Summaries, and Plans of Care. Oversee CCS discharges in
collaboration with Care Coordinators and Milwaukee County
Wraparound Administration via review of Discharge Summaries and
ensure that discharges are completed according to DHS 36. Ensure
accountability for timely annual functional screen evaluations
which determine ongoing eligibility for Youth CCS enrollees. Assist
with completion of annual functional screen evaluations as needed.
Attend safety plan meetings, team meetings, and/or other face to
face visits for high-risk youth, as requested by Care Coordinators,
to provide clinical assessment and support. Keep Wraparound
Milwaukee/Youth CCS Administrators informed of emergency or
critical incidents in collaboration with Program Manager and
Assistant Program Director. Attend all required trainings and
in-services as requested by Milwaukee County and Wisconsin
Community Services. Assist and support CCS staff during crisis
situations/provides coverage during times of staff shortage. Engage
in quality assurance and quality improvement activities as
identified by Wisconsin Community Services and Wraparound
Milwaukee/Youth CCS. Represent the Agency in the community and at
County initiatives as needed. Appropriately document all contact
with clients and team members. This includes Provider Notes in
Synthesis and submitting monthly consultation/supervision logs to
Wraparound Milwaukee. Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily
tasks.Other Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in staffing's,
weekly/monthly meetings, and consultations, as needed. Other
job-related duties as may be necessary to carry out the
responsibilities of the position. Job Qualifications:Minimal
Qualifications: Master's Degree in a Behavioral Science or related
field (psychology, educational psychology, social work, counseling,
marriage, and family, etc.) and licensure as a Licensed
Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker is
required. Supervisory experience preferred. No convictions or
license revocations that would fail a caregiver background check.
Valid driver's license, automobile, and sufficient insurance to
meet agency requirements. Working knowledge of computer
applications preferred (Windows and Microsoft Word). Ability to
display cultural competence by responding respectfully and
effectively to people of all cultures, languages, classes, races,
ethnic backgrounds, religions, and other diversity factors in a
manner that recognizes, affirms, and values the worth of everyone.

Reports directly to the Assistant Program Director. Has contact
with a wide variety of individuals including children and family
members, other program staff, including other collateral contacts,
neighbors, funders, Wraparound Milwaukee Administration, Milwaukee
County Department of Health and Human Services, Division of
Milwaukee Child Protective Services (DMCPS), Milwaukee County
Department of Youth & Family Services (DYFS), Court officials,
Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) staff and administrators, staff of
youth serving agencies and the general public.Personal

Abilities:A very high degree of clinical knowledge and skills and
the ability to clearly communicate these to others; ability to cope
with emergency situations with a highly impaired population; the
ability to maintain and promote positive working relationships
within WCS; excellent assessment and interviewing skills; good
understanding of mental health, substance use, and co-occurring
needs and the effects on the people being served by the CCS program
and their families; ability to support staff in difficult
situations; effective use of time and resources; knowledge of
positive child/youth development; patience and understanding of
traumatic life situations; the ability to interact with escalating
youth and/or parents in a calm and professional manner; ability to
follow oral and written instructions; perform basic computer
functions; uses time efficiently and effectively; ability to
multi-task; sensitivity towards cultural, ethnic and disability
issues. Working Conditions:Work is performed primarily in a busy
office environment. Some of the work is done sitting at desk using
a computer; requires outreach in the community and families' homes;
much of the outreach is done in urban neighborhoods and time may be
spent driving; hours average 40 per week; flexible work schedule
include some hours outside the normal work schedule.Wisconsin
