Job Description:We are looking for a HR Solutions Senior Manager/Lead who will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, process, and project management.What will be your key responsibilities?

• You will be an innovative leader in HR technology that manages a progressive agenda including leveraging existing technologies while adopting new digital HR technologies to enhance customer experience.
• You will lead and develop the HR technology function.
• You will enable the technology ecosystem by focusing on global consistency, compliance, scalability, and data accuracy.
• You will provide guidance globally for Global HR solutions and work closely with IT/vendor to ensure continuity and improvement of services to HR and the business.
• You will identify and support effective continuous improvement approaches and implement change communication mechanisms with appropriate compliance.
• You will lead and focus on automation, efficiency, digital operations, and new technology development.What are we looking for?
• You will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• You will have strong proven leadership experience with HR technology solution design.
• You will be a dedicated global Workday & ServiceNow expertise preferred.
• You will have experience in automation.
• You will be a stronger people leader who can collaborate in a matrixed environment, with multi-cultural and remote peers/project teams. Line management of 5 associates.What can you expect from Mars?
