Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scrum Master to drive agile
methodologies and support data center migrations within the USDA
framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate rapid, incremental delivery of business value using
SAFe, Scrum, and Agile methodologies
Ensure adherence to Scrum framework values and support USDA data
center migrations
Mentor teams to improve processes and foster a culture of
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree (MA/MS) in a related field
A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience managing complex
programs or projects
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies with
hands-on Scrum Master experience
Extensive experience in supporting data center migrations and
enterprise data center architecture
