ENT Opening in Indiana _x000D_-Located in Mishawaka, IN._x000D_-Full Time & Permanent Position._x000D x000D_Excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngology Physician to join a growing practice located in Mishawaka, Indiana. Candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology and must be licensed, or eligible, to practice in Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a desire to build a busy general practice._x000D x000D_The selected candidate will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to the full spectrum of ENT patients. The selected candidate will enjoy instant referral volume coming from our large primary care network of physicians and advanced practice providers. This community-based practice is in a Medical Office Building adjacent to hospital. _x000D x000D_The Medical Group includes over 20 practice sites with over 100 primary care and specialist physicians in St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart Counties. It is a non-profit, full service, multi-hospital health care system with two hospitals and multiple satellite facilities. Located in North Central Indiana, the group is a regional health care network comprised of a 254-bed acute care hospital in Mishawaka, and a 58-bed acute care hospital in Plymouth._x000D x000D_ Job Duties _x000D_-Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures may be performed._x000D_-Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services._x000D_-Required to maintain active membership status on the medical staff with full and unrestricted privileges._x000D_-Research and teaching opportunities for interested candidates as well as an affiliate faculty appointment._x000D_ Board Certification required within 5 years of Residency Program Completion._x000D x000D_ Offering an excellent compensation package for the right physician including: _x000D_-Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. _x000D_-Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail insurance. _x000D_-Health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance/retirement benefits. _x000D_-27 days off per year; PLUS 5 additional days and $3,000 for CME._x000D_-7 paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and one floating holiday of your choice)_x000D_-$3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships. _x000D_-Student loan assistance available._x000D_-Relocation assistance provided in accordance with system policy._x000D_
