Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage
hospital billing denials and follow-up for various payer plans.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate processing of facility claims and editing of EDI
claims
Analyze and adjudicate claims to ensure accurate payment and
compliance with quality standards
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex billing issues while
maintaining HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience with denials and
appeals
2+ years of experience working with multiple health insurance
payers
2+ years of office experience in the healthcare industry
2+ years of experience with medical terminology and healthcare
claims software
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
