Romeoville Toyota -is looking for an experienced Service BDC representative to join our service team!JOB DUTIES:

• Answer incoming calls for service department. Set appointments for customers according to their service needs.
• Accurately track service/parts appointments - utilizing Dealer Track and Dealer FX.
• Follow-up and confirm appointments with service customers to ensure they arrive at their scheduled time
• Assist service customers with information pertaining to recall information
• Place outbound calls to Parts customers to pick up their parts and capture appointment for their service.REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Friendly and enthusiastic disposition, positive attitude is a must!
