Job Description:

As a CRO UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the UI/UX design strategies and initiatives for our clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to develop and implement designs. This role requires a strong design background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of UI/UX concepts and user experience principles.Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with user needs and business goals. You are a rock star with UI skills.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of your designs and contribute to the iterative development process.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
• Simplify the buying journey to enhance conversions, focusing on UI/UX design that removes barriers and makes the shortest path for visitors/buyers to convert.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.Requirements:
  • 3+ years in UI/UX design
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Familiarity with web development and design principles.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and conversion tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with user research methods, heatmapping tools, and user feedback collection platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
