Job Description:
As a CRO UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing
the UI/UX design strategies and initiatives for our clients. You
will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external
stakeholders to develop and implement designs. This role requires a
strong design background, excellent communication skills, and a
deep understanding of UI/UX concepts and user experience
principles.Responsibilities:
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
aligned with user needs and business goals. You are a rock star
with UI skills.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user
experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of your
designs and contribute to the iterative development process.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the seamless
integration of design elements into the final product.
- Simplify the buying journey to enhance conversions, focusing on
UI/UX design that removes barriers and makes the shortest path for
visitors/buyers to convert.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to
cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies in UX/UI design.Requirements:
- 3+ years in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and
usability best practices.
- Familiarity with web development and design principles.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and conversion tracking
tools.
- Familiarity with user research methods, heatmapping tools, and
user feedback collection platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and
meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
