Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead with audit and
accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize post-sale activities including onboarding,
adoption, and support
Guide customers through onboarding and ensure accurate
implementation of accounting processes
Monitor customer engagement and conduct regular check-ins to assess
satisfaction and gather feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or relevant
fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in audit or accounting, preferably in
a client-facing role
Ability to interact with customer teams at various technical
levels
CPA and/or public accounting experience is a plus
Experience at a SAAS company or early-stage startup is
preferred
