Job Description:
A company is looking for a Psychometrician to oversee the
technical quality of educational assessment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight of the technical quality of educational
assessment activities
Run technical operational and research projects, including
statistical reviews
Design and document technical and operational procedures and
statistical guidelines
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, or a
related field
Advanced training in psychometric research and statistics
Experience with assessment systems and item response theory
Knowledge of statistical modeling and psychometric methods
Proficiency in statistical programming (e.g., R)
