Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Officer II to manage
compliance programs and initiatives in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on laws and regulations, leading
working groups and improving compliance programs
Act as a liaison during regulatory examinations, coordinating
efforts and ensuring timely delivery of remediation plans
Develop reports and provide updates on compliance program
activities, maintaining expertise in relevant laws and
regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal,
Audit, or Banking, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of
experience
Project Management experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft
Teams, and SharePoint
Familiarity with Archer / Workiva tools and workflows is a plus
Certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager
(CRCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred
