Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts and Sourcing Specialist to
manage contract activities related to purchasing and sourcing in
the technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Research and evaluate supplier performance based on various factors
such as price and quality
Review supplier bids for compliance with contract requirements and
determine acceptable bids
Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve
related issues
Required Qualifications
Experience in drafting contracts and understanding the purchasing
process from a sourcing perspective
Knowledge of software contracts, particularly in the technology
sector
Ability to analyze financial reports and price proposals
Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to
purchasing
Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and
Excel
