Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist to provide
exceptional customer service remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from
customers
Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer inquiries
and issues
Document and update customer records accurately in the system
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant
certification preferred
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role (2
years preferred)
Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call
volumes
