Job Description:
A company is looking for a BABA Act Market Research Analyst to
support the Grid Deployment Office within the Department of
Energy.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct feasibility assessments for domestically sourced goods and
materials
Perform cost and quality comparisons between domestic and foreign
sourcing options
Ensure compliance with the BABA Act and assist with waiver requests
when necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, procurement,
business, or a related field
Experience in supply chain analysis, procurement, or sourcing in
infrastructure or construction projects
Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations, including the
Buy America Act (BABA)
Familiarity with 2 CFR 184 regulations and updates related to the
BABA Act
Experience in developing and managing waiver requests for federal
sourcing requirements
