A company is looking for an SAP S4HANA for Contract Lease and
Real Estate Management Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Streamline contract management processes for compliance and
efficiency
Manage the lifecycle of leases, including administration and
financial reporting
Oversee property management functions such as space management and
tenant relations
Required Qualifications
12-15 years of relevant work experience
Strong experience with SAP S4HANA modules related to real estate
and lease management
Several years of experience in state and local government (SLED)
projects
Proven experience in large project implementations
Knowledge of public sector accounting standards
