About the Role: As a Senior Pricing Analyst, your mission is to adopt a consultative approach to develop innovative and tailored solutions for our clients, driving profitable volume growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales, product, and finance teams to craft and implement strategic pricing solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will leverage your analytical expertise, problem-solving skills, and sales acumen to maximize profitability and support our overarching sales objectives. This position requires a creative thinker who can navigate complex scenarios and deliver customized, value-driven solutions for our diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement complex, customized solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their unique needs and our company's strategic goals.
  
• Act as an integral extension of the Sales Team, providing expert analytical and strategic support to drive profitable volume growth.
  
• Collect and analyze data to inform solution design and pricing strategies, ensuring they are data-driven and effective.
  
• Gain a deep understanding of market opportunities and customer requirements, including the specifics of their existing supply chain networks and technology integrations.
  
• Design and format pricing strategies that maximize mutual benefits for both the company and the client.
  
• Leverage creativity to design solutions for each unique opportunity, ensuring that each is optimized for the client's specific situation.
  
• Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success.
  
  Qualifications:
  
• 
  
• 3 years of professional experience required.
  
• Experience working in a logistics or transportation role is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in working with unstructured data and getting hands-on with data analysis.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges.
  
• Experience in managing projects efficiently from inception to completion.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
  
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
  
• Willingness to work on projects autonomously.
  
• Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  
  The expected range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year. This range reflects typical earning potential in this role. When determining an offer, we take into account a variety of factors that are important in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill sets; experience and tenure; education and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is based on market data. Salary bands may, in some circumstances, be adjusted to a different geographic area depending on the candidate's position and location.
  In addition to salary, full-time employees are also eligible for an equity package and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Flock Freight. Our policy is that we target candidates local to one of Flock Freight's headquarters locations (San Diego and Chicago) and ask that employees work in-office.
